1. Our Promise

Every kit is checked before shipping. If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will make it right.

2. Damaged, Incomplete, or Wrong Item

• Report it within 7 days of receiving your parcel — message us on our Facebook page.
• Include clear photos or video of the item and packaging (an unboxing video is the best proof).
• Once verified, we will send a free replacement of the damaged or missing part (or the whole kit, if needed) at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it ships — just message us as soon as possible.
• Once the parcel has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want it, simply refuse the delivery — but please avoid this, as repeated refusals may block future COD orders.

4. Change of Mind

Because each kit is sealed and hygiene-checked, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong design choice, or "hindi ko na gusto." Please double-check your chosen design before confirming your order — our team is happy to help you pick!

5. Refunds on COD Orders

Since you paid the courier in cash, our first remedy for a verified damaged or incomplete item is a free replacement — mas mabilis po ito. If a replacement is not possible (e.g., the design is out of stock), we will refund the amount you paid via GCash or bank transfer once the issue is verified.
