1. About Us

Vinci Designs sells paint-by-numbers kits in the Philippines through this website, our Facebook page, and partner marketplaces. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are Cash On Delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated — you pay the courier upon receiving your parcel.
• Prices shown at checkout are final for that order. Promotions may change without prior notice.
• We may contact you via SMS or Messenger to confirm your order before shipping.
• Orders with incomplete or unreachable delivery details may be put on hold or cancelled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via third-party couriers nationwide.
• Estimated delivery: Metro Manila 1–2 days, Luzon 2–4 days, Visayas 3–5 days, Mindanao 3–7 days from shipping date. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays may occur.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the parcel being returned to us.

4. Product

• Kits include a pre-printed framed canvas (40x30cm), acrylic paints, brushes, and hanging accessories as described on the product page.
• Actual paint shades may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings.
• Designs are for personal use. Reselling of our images or materials without permission is not allowed.

5. Refusal of Delivery

COD works on trust. Refusing to accept a parcel you ordered without valid reason wastes shipping costs and may result in being blocked from future COD orders.
